Korean actor Daniel Henney act as the gentle protector in the upcoming drama Runaway. He’ll be paired with talented korean actress Lee Na-young.

In this drama, his character is a prosperity craftping entrepreneur named Kai who loves Jin-yi (Lee). She in turn consciously approaches Ji-woo (Rain) for her own ambitions.

The kiss scene in this drama, Kai gives a goodnight kiss on the forehead eventough reportedly the two actors stood back and got embarrassed laughs as as soon as the “cut” take in was given by the director.

For Lee Na-young, this is her first drama in six years, since Ireland in 2004. Daniel Henney’s last kdrama was Spring Waltz in 2006

Runaway is a romantic-comedy action series created by the PD and writer of Chuno, and will air on KBS in September.
